Optional measurement starts only after you select Accept cookies. Declining keeps optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity scripts from loading. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences on the Cookies page. We remember the choice on this device for 6 months. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional tracking.

What each service measures

Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages, page paths and basic device and engagement information. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings of clicks and scrolling on public pages. Recording stops before search input and private app flows; it resumes only in a new eligible page visit. These services receive technical information, including network information such as your IP address, when their scripts load. Data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their own policies, which may involve processing outside your country.

We do not send account identifiers, email addresses, form contents, saved business context, workflow requests or private space links as analytics events. Tracking is excluded from private application routes. Query strings, URL fragments and incoming referrers are excluded from Google page-view events. Clarity masks page text and inputs. We keep advertising consent denied and disable Google signals and advertising personalization.

Cookies and retention

After opt-in, Google may set _ga cookies to distinguish visits and Clarity may set _clck and _clsk cookies. Declining later revokes consent, removes these first-party measurement cookies and reloads the page. Previously collected data remains subject to provider retention and deletion controls. Google event-data retention is configured in the property; Clarity retention depends on the recording type and service settings. Contact us for a data request. Necessary sign-in, security and saved-work storage are separate from this optional choice.
