# Facilitator notes

## Prepare

List the room or channel, copies, language/access arrangements, supplies, and
prerequisites. Identify a fallback for an unavailable helper or material.

## Run

Use the module's timing and worksheet IDs. Introduce the purpose, explain the
exercise, check understanding, allow private or paired responses, and debrief.
Include a short example prompt when participants are unfamiliar with the activity.

## If the session gets stuck

- Confusion: demonstrate a fictional example; invite clarification.
- Time pressure: cut only the named optional activity; preserve closing decisions.
- Disagreement: record the unresolved question and next step without claiming consensus.
- Missing prerequisite: use the module's fallback and note what remains untested.

## Close

Record accepted actions, unfilled roles, follow-up date, and catch-up route. Explain
who keeps records and how participants can correct or withdraw shared information.
