  "Ordinary coaching needs no setup. The skill's manifest, validator script (validate-capabilities.py) and operator onboarding are only for someone running it as a service for others. Skip them.",
  "Before you start, have ready: your goal in one sentence, when you need to decide, what you have already tried, and any topics to avoid.",
  "Download the skill folder. Use an AI that can read files, such as Claude. You can paste SKILL.md into a chat, but the reference files then will not load.",
  "Start a chat and say: Follow this skill and coach me on a goal.",
  "Say what you are working on and what would help: reflection, options, a plan or listening. Mention any deadline or limits.",
