What it does
Straight answers on four AI choices for a small company: use an API, fine-tune or build your own; whether your use is high risk under EU rules; when to move to your own hosting; and which AI role to hire next. The skill includes small Python calculators. One compares a three-year cost for each model route. Another finds the break-even point where self-hosting beats paying per token. A third sorts your use case into a risk class under the EU AI Act, and notes US state rules and the NIST framework. The hire step maps your stage to the right role, since an AI engineer is not an ML engineer. This is not legal advice.
