The terms for using AI Blocks, including free access, accounts, acceptable use, content licences, third-party tools and AI output.

Using AI Blocks
These terms cover useaiblocks.com, operated by Kevin Mark in India. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Account creation and submitting personal information are intended for people aged 18 or older.
If you use AI Blocks for an organisation, you must have permission to act for it. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
Free access and availability
The public library, downloads and browser-based assembly are free. AI composition requires an account and is subject to availability, verification and usage limits. Free access does not guarantee uninterrupted generation or a particular model.
External AI products may require paid plans or API usage billed by their providers. A tailored service is only commissioned through a separate agreement on scope, price, delivery and any cancellation or refund terms. Sending an enquiry does not create a purchase or subscription.
Accounts, saves and sharing
Keep your account secure and protect private space owner keys and device links. You are responsible for the material you submit and must have the rights and permissions to use it.
Public comments and public items can be read by other visitors. Anyone with a space share link can read every item in that space, including items marked private. Shared links can be forwarded. Download important work and keep a copy of the private link needed to manage your space. Browser saves may be lost when you clear site data.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights.
- Do not submit malware, unlawful material, harassment, impersonation or content that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not disclose passwords, API keys, private client data or sensitive personal information without a valid need and authorisation.
- Do not bypass sign-in, human verification, rate limits, usage controls or another person's space permissions.
- Do not disrupt the service, conduct unauthorised security testing or use it to deceive, exploit or harm people.
Content and licences
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed for the features and sharing settings you choose. Public submission does not transfer ownership to AI Blocks.
Downloaded blocks and third-party source material are governed by their accompanying licences. Check each source and licence before reuse, redistribution or commercial use; preserve required credits and notices. Availability on this site is not a blanket licence to relicense everything.
AI-generated material may be inaccurate, non-unique or subject to third-party rights. We do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity or clearance of generated output.
Review before you run or publish
AI Blocks prepares instructions, workflows and examples. It does not run your downloaded skills, execute transactions, publish content or guarantee business results. You decide what your AI may do and must review its output.
Materials are general information and are not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Use a qualified professional where needed. Minds are AI interpretations of public material, not the real people or their endorsements.
Service limits and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its content are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on AI output, external products or loss of browser saves.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may restrict abusive access or remove content that violates these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction or removal was mistaken.
Changes and questions
We may update the service and these terms. The latest terms and their date will be posted here. Laws of India apply to these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.
