What it does
A clear split of who does what when your team writes with AI. People own the voice, the facts and what gets published. AI does the research summaries, first drafts, edit suggestions and quality checks, always under a person's direction. You describe how your team writes now. The plan names where AI helps at each stage, from strategy to brief to draft to review, and where a human must decide. It sets a test: if nobody can defend every claim and word in a published piece, the line was crossed. It deals with work that feels generic. It does not push any tool or give prompts, so it fits whichever AI you use.
You give it

- Brand guide (optional)
You get

- Review checkpoints before publishing
