What it does
Draft board or committee minutes in your own house format, ready for you to check and correct instead of retyping from scratch. Minutes are a legal record, so the format and accuracy matter. The skill reads your meeting dates from your calendar, asks for the agenda and any slides or pre-read papers, and then drafts the full minutes based on your earlier sample minutes. It can also handle written consents in place of a meeting. Your settings file holds your preferred minutes style. Treat the output as a draft: a lawyer should review it before it goes into the record.
You give it
- The agenda
- Meeting notes or a transcript
- Slides or pre-read papers (optional)
- Sample past minutes for format
You get
- Draft minutes in your house format
- Resolutions and votes recorded
- A list of open points to confirm
- A draft ready for a lawyer's review
Use it when
- A board meeting just ended and you need the minutes.
- Committee minutes must follow the format of past ones.
- You have an agenda and slides but no written record.
- A decision was made by written consent, not in a meeting.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read your calendar.
- Where the skill points to /corporate-legal:cold-start-interview, use the setup-interview folder inside it. We copied it in so the skill works on its own.
