What it does
Point it at a book or a folder of documents and get a set of skill files that put the method to work. Your agent can then look up an exact answer instead of searching a PDF. It pulls out structure, not summaries. A small core file holds the main frameworks with a chapter and topic index. One file per chapter loads only when needed, with a glossary, a patterns file and a cheat sheet beside it. Each file has a size limit. You can run the full conversion, or analyse first and review before building. It also works on internal docs, standards and brand systems.
You give it
- A book file or folder of documents
- Which mode to run, full or analyse first
- Your goal for the skill (optional)
- Chapters to skip (optional)
You get
- A core skill file with indexes
- One summary per chapter
- A glossary and a patterns file
- A decision cheat sheet
Use it when
- You have a book whose method you want your AI to use.
- A folder of standards or specs keeps being searched by hand.
- You want a glossary and cheat sheet from a long document.
- You want to review what will be extracted before it is built.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read files and write files.
