What it does
A what-if plan for several bad things happening together, showing how one problem spreads into others. Single-risk stress tests miss this, and compound trouble is what actually hurts. You state up to three variables, such as losing a top customer, a delayed fundraise and a key engineer leaving. For each you give size, odds and timing. Claude then maps the effect on cash, revenue, product, people and operations, models three severity levels, and traces how a hit in one area lands in the next. It ends with specific hedges to put in place now and warning triggers that tell you to act. A Python script is available for guided input.
You give it
- Up to three things that could go wrong
- Odds and timing for each
- Key company numbers, such as cash and burn
- Team and customer details (optional)
You get
- Impact by team
- Three severity levels
- A map of how problems cascade
- Hedges to set up now
- Warning triggers
Use it when
- You rely on one customer for a large share of revenue and want to plan for losing them.
- A fundraise is uncertain and you need a Plan B.
- You want to know how many things must go wrong before you run out of cash.
- A board asked for a risk plan with real numbers.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
