What it does
Delivery routes that arrive inside each customer's promised window, using as few vehicles as possible. Give it stops with their time slots and you get a timed route for every driver. It first asks whether windows are hard (must be met) or soft (late allowed with a penalty), how wide the windows are, service time at each stop, travel times, shift length, driver breaks and depot hours. Small jobs under about 25 stops can be solved exactly. Larger ones use insertion and local-search methods. The result lists arrival times, waiting time, and any stop that cannot be met, so you can call that customer early.
