What it does
A draft sustainability report built from your own data, or a gap check of one you already have. It shows what to disclose and where you fall short. The skill begins with the standard you report against, such as SASB, GRI or TCFD, then decides which topics matter most for your industry. It turns your numbers into the core measures: scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, pay gaps, management diversity and staff turnover. It reviews board independence, pay links to sustainability goals and anti-corruption policy. You get a scorecard against targets, short findings for each area, and a list of goals to act on next.
