What it does
A sample image of your garment shape made in a new fabric, before you cut or sew anything. Test eight fabrics for the price of eight image runs, not eight sample garments. You give two images: a garment style sheet, which sets the cut, structure and camera angle, and a fabric swatch, which sets material, texture, shine and how it hangs. The skill writes a prompt that keeps the shape fixed and replaces only the cloth, so a chunky knit can become silk satin with a matching drape. A close-up swatch works best. It uses the dlazy command line tool, which needs an account and credits.
You give it
- Garment style sheet image
- Fabric swatch image, close-up if possible
- dlazy tool and credits
You get
- Sample image in the new fabric
- Same cut and angle as your style sheet
- Material, shine and drape changed to match the swatch
Use it when
- You want to see one design in several fabrics before sampling.
- A buyer asks what a style would look like in a different material.
- You have a swatch from a supplier and want a quick visual.
- You are choosing between fabrics and need a mock-up to decide.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and use your own image model key (OpenAI, Gemini, fal or Replicate).
