What it does
The right set of NIST 800-53 controls for your system, with notes on what to adjust and draft wording for how you meet each one. You start your security plan with real text, not a blank page. You describe your system and what it handles. The skill walks from the impact rating under FIPS 199 to a low, moderate or high baseline, then proposes tailoring choices with reasons. For each control it cites the family, number and enhancement exactly, such as AC-2(3). It writes control narratives with an implementation statement, evidence and responsible roles. It can also run a gap check table and explain the steps of the risk management framework. Treat the output as a draft for your assessor.
