What it does
Room prices and booking limits that fill more rooms at better rates. Share your bookings, rates and sales channels and get a plan for what to charge, how many rooms to oversell and where to sell them. It reads your key numbers first: occupancy, average daily rate and revenue per available room. Then it models how demand reacts to price, so you can see where a higher or lower rate earns more. It sets overbooking limits by weighing the cost of a walked guest against an empty room. It also compares your direct bookings, travel sites and corporate deals, and suggests how to split room supply between them. Some steps use Python code.
