What it does
A one-page brief of the three to five findings that matter most, each ranked and paired with an action. It turns a heap of statistics into a clear answer to the question "so what do we do?" The skill lists every real finding, then turns each into an insight by asking: so what, why, and now what. It puts a number on the business impact, because an insight without a size is only an observation. It scores each by impact, confidence and ease of action, groups related ones, and flags any that contradict each other. Your goals and priorities set the ranking. The brief suits people with no time for the full analysis.
