What it does
A LinkedIn plan you can keep: who you write for, what you stand for, what you will not post about, and how often you will show up. It is a plan, not a pile of posts. It starts with one objective, because two goals pull in different directions. It builds content pillars and positioning for your case, such as a career change, consulting or thought leadership. The list of topics you refuse to cover shapes the positioning as much as the topics you pick. It sets a posting rhythm priced from a bad week, not a good one, and helps you decide on a newsletter. Review it every quarter.
You give it
- Your one main goal
- Your audience
- Your work and experience
- Weekly time you can spare
- Topics you want to avoid (optional)
You get
- A content brief
- Content pillars
- A positioning line
- A realistic posting rhythm
- A newsletter decision
Use it when
- You do not know what to post about on LinkedIn.
- You are changing careers and need a clear public position.
- You posted hard for two weeks, then stopped.
- You wonder if a newsletter is worth your time.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
