What it does
A style guide for your product with a magazine feel, covering serif type, tidy grids and easy reading. Engineers and designers can use it directly without further interpretation. It sets a type scale, here 14 up to 40, with a serif font for body and display text. It adds a restrained color set with named tokens for primary, neutral, success, warning, danger and surface. Spacing follows an 8-point grid. It states rules to follow and to avoid, such as always using tokens, keeping clear hierarchy and designing empty, loading and error states. Accessibility is built in: WCAG 2.2 AA, visible focus, large touch targets and reduced motion. It also sets a short, clear tone for text.
