What it does
Stop picking the prompt that looked best once. Give it two or more versions of a prompt and a set of test cases, and it scores each version, then tells you which wins and why. The method is simple. You write test cases, including awkward edge cases and a list of words the answer must never contain. The skill runs every prompt on every case and scores the results. It stores each prompt as a numbered version with the author and the reason for the change, and shows what changed between versions. If you edit a prompt later, it reruns the same tests, and only a version that scores better without breaking safety checks gets promoted.
You give it
- Two or more prompt versions
- Test cases with expected results
- Words the answer must not contain (optional)
- A way to run Python scripts
You get
- Scores for each prompt on each case
- A named winner with evidence
- A saved version history
- A change log between versions
Use it when
- You rewrote a prompt and want proof it is better than the old one.
- Your team shares prompts and nobody knows which version is current.
- A prompt works on easy cases but fails on odd ones.
- You are switching to a different AI model and need to check nothing broke.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and save files.
