What it does
A plan that splits a big task among AI agents, with a clear owner for each piece, defined handoffs and checks before anything is merged. It starts with one measurable goal and a line around what agents may touch. Work is divided by separate outputs, not by vague roles. The plan draws a task graph with owners, inputs, outputs, files each may write and a check for each task. Only tasks with independent inputs run in parallel. It sets approval points, retry limits and stop conditions, then a final step that settles disagreements and checks the combined result. It says plainly when a task is too small to split.
You give it
- The goal and what done looks like
- Agents and tools available
- Shared files or systems
- Deadline and budget (optional)
- Who makes the final call
You get
- A task graph with owners
- A handoff rule for each step
- Approval and retry rules
- A merge and check plan
- A final report template
Use it when
- You have a large job and want several agents working at once.
- Two agents edited the same file and overwrote each other.
- A handoff lost key details between steps.
- You need a human approval step before anything goes live.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
