What it does
Know how many orders you lose and why. You get a cancellation rate over time, split by reason: customer request, fraud, stock problems, declined payment, staff or other. The skill pulls all orders in your chosen window, from a week to months, and groups them by day, week or month. It divides cancelled orders by all orders to get the rate, then shows how each reason moves. A jump in stock cancellations hints at bad inventory counts. A jump in fraud may mean someone is targeting you. You can filter to one reason or to higher-value orders. It only reads data and changes nothing. Results depend on staff picking the right reason at cancel time. Needs Shopify CLI access.
