What it does
Every product in your Shopify catalog matched to the right standard category. AI shopping tools turn a request like "office chair" into a category, then pull products from it. A product with no category only turns up by keyword luck. Claude finds products with no category or a wrong one. It infers the best fit from the title, type and tags, then checks that choice against the live Shopify category tree before suggesting it. You see the list first, then approve. Updates change live products, so you need an authenticated Shopify CLI session with product write access.
