What it does

Teams automate what is loud, not what is repeated. They also write steps the author understands and nobody else can follow. The tool then breaks when its builder is away, and nobody can say whether it does the same as the old way. This skill starts by watching what people do, not what the manual says. It lists every task done by hand and marks the ones done twice or more. For each, it asks if a machine is already good at copying, adding or sorting it. It writes the steps like a lab report so another person can repeat them, and defines each term before using it. It then plans the smallest version that does the chore, run beside the hand method, so the two can be compared.

How to use it

  1. Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
  2. List every task from a typical week, with who does it and how often.
  3. Ask the people who do the work, not the manager, to read the list and correct it.
  4. Build the first small version it names and run it beside the hand method for a week.
  5. Compare results, fix the differences, then hand the steps to a new hire to test.
