What it does
A slide deck about your code where every fact points to a file and line, and a check that tells you when the slides no longer match. Most decks go stale and nobody notices. Each quoted piece of code is saved with its file, line range and a fingerprint of those lines, and the deck notes the commit it came from. Later, a small Python script compares every citation with today's code and marks it current, moved, changed or missing. It needs no model and no network. The deck is one self-contained HTML file. A full version lives in the SlideOps repository.
You give it
- Repository to present
- Audience and talk length
- Topics to cover (optional)
- Python for the drift check
You get
- Self-contained HTML slide deck
- Citations with file, lines and fingerprint
- Drift report: current, moved, changed or missing
- List of slides to update
Use it when
- You must present how a codebase works to new team members.
- A client wants slides about a system you built.
- Your architecture slides are months old and you doubt they are right.
- You want proof for every claim on a slide.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and read your project files.
