What it does
Search-engine markup for your page, written as JSON-LD you can paste in and test. It helps search engines understand what a page is, so it can qualify for rich results like star ratings, prices, FAQ answers or event dates. It first checks the page type, any markup that already exists and which rich results you want. Then it writes schema.org markup that matches only what is truly on the page, since markup for content that is not there can get you penalised. It sticks to types Google supports, and lists what to validate with Google's Rich Results Test and what to watch in Search Console. It can fix errors in markup you already have.
