What it does
Asking people "would you buy this?" gets polite yes answers that cost them nothing. The only proof that someone wants your idea is that they pay, or put down money, before it exists. A short test with real asks tells you more in a weekend than months of building. This skill states the idea, the buyer and one price, then divides your profit goal by the profit per sale to find how many buyers you need. If that number looks out of reach, it suggests changing the price, adding a subscription or selling to businesses. It lists ten reachable people, writes a payment ask, splits the asks over two days and sets the go and change rules before you start.
You give it
- Your idea in a sentence, and who it is for
- A price you could charge and what you earn on each sale
- A profit goal for the first year
You get
- The one-minute math, with the number of buyers needed
- A list of ten people you can reach within 48 hours
- A direct ask for payment, and a plan for day two and day three
- Go and change rules, written before the test
Use it when
- You have an idea and want to know in a weekend if anyone will pay.
- You are tempted to build first and find buyers later.
- You keep asking friends what they think and getting only encouragement.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Describe the idea, the buyer, a price and your profit goal.
- Give it names of people you could reach this week, or places where such buyers gather.
- Send the asks as written. Count payments, not kind words.
- Bring back the count and let it apply the rule.
