What it does
Tell it what you did today in plain words, such as "read papers 2h, gym 1h", and get tidy rows added to your Notion time log. No forms, no timers. The skill finds your time ledger database in Notion, then turns each phrase into a row with the activity, minutes, date and a note. It maps words to categories like reading, coding, fitness or meetings, and converts hints like "an hour" or "all morning" into minutes. When something is unclear, such as a vague duration or which day you meant, it marks the row for confirmation and writes a question for you. You can also ask where your time went. It needs Notion connected.
You give it
- A plain-language note of what you did
- Notion connected with a time ledger database
- The date, if not today (optional)
You get
- New rows in your Notion log
- Category and minutes for each
- Flags where it was unsure
- A time review when you ask
Use it when
- You want a time log but hate filling in forms.
- You spent the day in blocks and want to log it at once.
- You want a weekly look at where your hours went.
- You have a Notion database ready for time entries.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can connect to Notion.
