What it does
If you work for yourself, the books are usually a bank export and a folder of receipts that get sorted in a panic before tax time. The same costs get filed under different names each month, tax is remembered late, and the cash in the bank includes money that was never yours. This agent closes the month the same way every time. It sorts each transaction by the rules you have agreed, proposes a rule for anything new and waits for your yes. It matches the receipts you give it, takes the tax set-aside out first, and explains what moved against your budget in plain words. At quarter end it builds the statements your accountant checks. How to use it
