What it does

Subscription numbers are easy to get and easy to fool yourself with. Churn gets redefined in a bad month. A yearly plan is read as a month of revenue. The cost to win a customer is worked out three ways by three people. And the weekly growth rate, the one number that tells a founder whether the thing is working, is never written down. This agent fixes the definitions once and reads the numbers the same way every Monday. It keeps a row per week so the trend is in a file. It names the one thing to fix first and says when that thing has been the same for three weeks. Once a month it checks whether a customer pays back inside a year and returns several times their cost, and gives a scale-or-fix call. Then it sets one growth target for the week and lists what to skip…

How to use it

  1. Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to run this week.
  2. Export last week from your billing tool, or connect it read-only. Put the file in one folder, or attach it in the chat.
  3. On the first run, approve the definitions of revenue, customer and churn. They are saved and never drift.
  4. Add your spend and gross margin once. Update them when they change.
  5. Read the target and the one thing to fix. Run it again next Monday.
