What it does
Most FAQ pages are written by the company, about the company, in the company's words. "What is our fulfilment policy?" is not a question anyone has typed. Meanwhile the support inbox has the real questions, asked hundreds of times, in exactly the words a search engine would match. This prompt builds the page from those questions. It merges duplicates and keeps the wording closest to a search query, orders them by how often they are asked and where the buyer is, and writes each answer with the fact in the first sentence and no more than a few lines after. Every fact comes from your input, and anything you did not supply is marked rather than fudged. Questions a page should not settle, such as legal or medical ones, point to a person. The owner gets three lines on which questions reveal a page or product fix.
