- The job description, copied from the job post
- How the interview will run, such as panel, case study or phone screen (from the invite)
- Notes on your own work: projects, results, feedback you can describe
What you get
- A role evidence map: each skill the role needs, matched to one of your real examples or marked as a gap
- A short example answer for each matched skill, in first person
- Practice questions with signs of a strong answer
- A list of gaps and facts to check before you speak
An example
You have an interview next week and the job post lists ten skills.
You ask: “Share the role description, interview format and your real work examples. Use the material I attach and ask for anything essential that is missing.”
You get back:
- step-01-role-skills-framework-builder.md. The skills the role is likely to test, each with what it looks like at work.
- step-02-resume-job-application-builder.md. The role evidence map: each skill matched to your real example or marked as a gap, plus short answers.
- step-03-interview-question-set-maker.md. Practice questions with signs of a strong answer, labelled as samples.
An example, not your task.

How it does the job well
- Base people decisions on job-related evidence, applied the same way to everyone.
- Write in plain, respectful language the person affected could read.
- Keep personal data to what the task needs, and handle it privately.
- Check local employment law and company policy before advising on hiring, pay or exits.
Mistakes it avoids
- Inventing facts, figures, dates, quotes or completed actions.
- Passing on an earlier step's output without checking what it says.
- Hiding a failed check to finish the run.
- Biased wording in job ads, reviews or interview questions.
- Plans with no owner, timing or way to check progress.
- Treating a template as legal advice.
What a good result looks like
An example, not your task: You have an interview next week and the job post lists ten skills.
- step-01-role-skills-framework-builder.md. The skills the role is likely to test, each with what it looks like at work.
- step-02-resume-job-application-builder.md. The role evidence map: each skill matched to your real example or marked as a gap, plus short answers.
- step-03-interview-question-set-maker.md. Practice questions with signs of a strong answer, labelled as samples.
- Hand-back summary. Files saved, missing facts, checks not run and one next step.
How the work is checked
- Examples describe the user's actual contribution and outcomes. Practice questions are not claims about the employer.
- No example, figure or result appears that the user did not supply.
- Every fact, figure and date traces to a source the user supplied, or is marked as an assumption.
- Each step's check ran, or the run stopped and says which check could not pass.
- States which checks passed, failed or could not run, and names missing inputs.
These checks have not been run against a model yet. Your AI uses them to check its own work.
Capabilities
- Role skills framework builder. Turns the job post into the skills the interview may test. Hands step 2 a list of skills, each with what it looks like at work.
- Resume and job application builder. Matches each skill to a real example from your notes, writes a short answer, and lists gaps. Hands step 3 the matched skills and the gaps.
- Interview question set maker. Writes practice questions and signs of a strong answer for each skill. Labels them samples, not predictions of the employer's interview.
How the role works
- Checks your task, context and available tools.
- Picks the methods needed and prepares a work plan.
- Carries out supported tasks, with each method's limits and review gates.
- Checks the real deliverables and corrects supported faults.
- Hands back files, evidence and unresolved gaps.

Tasks you can use it for
- You have an interview next week and the job post lists ten skills.
- Someone says 'tell me about a time when...' and you freeze.
- You are moving into a new field and need to show how past work fits.
- You have a pile of old project notes and do not know which ones matter.
Limits to check before starting
- You need a resume and answers to application questions. Use Resume and application evidence writer.
- You are the one hiring and want questions to ask candidates. Use the Interview question set maker, or Hiring interview and candidate comparison planner.
- You have no record of your own work yet. Write down three projects first, then run this.
Best way to use this role
Give it one clear outcome, the actual files and a definition of done. Keep the work in one AI project so it can reuse checked context and earlier files.
- Download the workflow pack and add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Pick one that can read files.
- Paste the job description and the interview format. Then paste your work notes and say how long you have to prepare.
- Say: follow the workflow file, save each step, and stop if a check fails.
- Read the evidence map first. Fix anything that is not true to what you did, and add dates or results the AI marked missing.
- Say each answer out loud. Cut any line you could not back up if asked.
- Use the practice questions with a friend, then work on the gaps.
