What it does
A skills framework your team can use for hiring, reviews and growth, written role by role. Name your roles and get the key skills for each, plus what good looks like at every level. It sorts skills into those every role shares and those that are role-specific. Each skill gets a definition and plain behaviour examples at four levels, so a manager can point to evidence. For one role it picks the five to seven that matter most and sets the level needed. It then turns the profile into job ad criteria, interview questions with scoring guides, review wording and learning ideas, and shows how to check the framework with leaders.
