What it does
An interview plan for one role that gives every candidate the same fair test. It sets the rounds, what each round covers, how long it runs, and which questions to ask so interviewers do not overlap or improvise. For each round you get questions matched to the skill being tested and a scoring guide that asks for evidence behind every score. It builds a skills matrix for the role and level, and a checklist to reduce bias, such as avoiding unstructured chats and over-weighting one round. It includes a guide for the debrief meeting and a way to recalibrate every quarter using hiring results. A small Python script can produce the first draft of the loop.
