What it does
A hiring process where every stage has a purpose and no one asks the same thing twice. Give it the role and level. It lists the skills you must have, then assigns each to an interview stage, such as a recruiter screen, technical deep dive, work sample or panel. It follows firm rules: front-load deal-breakers, check key skills at least twice with different people, and keep total hours in range for the level. It sets a candidate timeline with no long silences, names who runs each stage, and adds advance and reject criteria before the first candidate walks in. A review step tells you when to adjust the process after several hires.
