What it does
A learning plan for a real skills gap: what people need to learn, how to teach it, and how to coach it afterwards. It saves you from guessing which training to buy or build. You start with a needs assessment, using survey questions, performance data and manager input to rank the gaps. Then the skill writes learning objectives using Bloom's levels and builds a training outline for the audience. It can add e-learning modules, microlearning, games, on-the-job tasks, mentoring plans, competency models and career paths. It also writes assessments to check what stuck. It is aimed at HR and team leads, but any manager can use it.
