What it does
A full leadership development plan, from first-time managers to senior executives. Say who you are training and which skills matter. The skill designs the program and its competency framework, then adds the tools around it: a 360-degree review form, a coaching guide, a scorecard to track progress and a succession plan for key roles. It can also cover executive onboarding, cross-cultural leadership and digital leadership. Each piece is written with the audience in mind, so a program for team leads differs from one for directors. You can ask for one piece, such as only the 360 form, or the whole set.
