It covers how to match mentors and mentees by goals and development needs, not just rank. It adds onboarding guides for mentors and mentees, a relationship charter and check-in questions. For managers it provides conversation guides using models like GROW, practice scenarios and a skills check. It keeps coaching, which draws out answers, apart from mentoring, which shares experience. It also suggests how to track program quality through check-ins instead of only completion counts.
