What it does
A fair, consistent reference check for a role: a question set, a call script, and a sheet to record answers. Every candidate gets the same questions, so you can compare references on the same footing. You give it the role and level. It writes questions on performance, teamwork and areas to develop. It suggests which references to ask for, such as a manager, a peer and someone who reported to them. It adds a short note to prepare the candidate, and guidance for guarded references who only confirm dates or give lukewarm answers. Local rules differ on what you may ask or share, so check them before you call. It is not legal advice.
