What it does
Review season without the blank page. Pick your mode and get a self-assessment, a manager review draft or a calibration prep document, each built around specific examples instead of vague praise. The self-assessment asks for three to five accomplishments, each with situation, what you did and the result, then goals met or missed with evidence, growth areas, challenges and next goals. The manager review gives structure to feedback on a named person. The calibration mode prepares the comparison across the team. If you do not name a mode, it asks which you need.
