What it does
A draft pay and benefits plan for your team: a pay philosophy, pay bands, a bonus scheme, equity options and a benefits list. Check the maths yourself before using any of it. You describe your roles, budget and goals. It then works through pay analysis, how to compare jobs and set grades, bonus and incentive design, stock plans, health and leave policies, and a total rewards statement. It also helps spot pay gaps across groups. It offers many ready prompts for each part. The output is a starting draft for HR to refine, and it is not legal or tax advice.
