What it does
A pay range for a role, built from market data, with a method you can explain to leaders. It also shows whether current pay is competitive. It starts by choosing the right salary survey or data source for the role, industry and place. It matches your internal job to the closest outside job code, adjusts for level and geography, and sets a range with a midpoint. It handles roles with thin data, total pay beyond base salary, regular refreshes and pay across countries. It can write a short methodology note so the range holds up when challenged.
