What it does
A market pay check for a role, a scan of your pay data for outliers and a model of stock grants. It helps you set offers and plan raises. It is not pay or tax advice. There are three ways to use it. Ask what to pay a role in a city. Upload a sheet of your pay bands and see who sits too high or low. Or model an equity grant, such as 10,000 shares over four years at a given price. It looks at base, bonus, equity and benefits together, and at role, level and location. You verify the figures before acting.
