What it does
A wellbeing plan built around how your team really works, with a manager guide and a return-to-work process. This is HR planning support, not medical advice. The skill explains modern wellbeing as continuous, not a yearly event. It covers burnout early warning from workload and survey signals, mental health support and crisis steps, flexible work and leave policies, and how to measure what helps. It also drafts manager guidance, staff messages and a proposal for leaders, plus return-to-work plans after burnout or leave. It can use AI to look at wellbeing data and draft supportive messages.
