It writes in plain words so staff read it, understand it and trust it. It covers routine news like policy updates and benefits, and sensitive ones such as restructures or leadership changes. It can adapt one message for email, Slack, a town hall or the intranet, and write talking points for managers. It suggests timing and order to stop rumours starting, and builds an FAQ to go with it.
