What it does
A privacy review for the AI tool that touches your staff's data, with a shorter list of what it really needs and a notice to send employees. This is general guidance, not legal advice. Name the tool, such as a hiring screener, performance system or monitoring software. The skill helps you map what it collects against what it needs, and cut the rest. It builds an impact assessment, a vendor question list, a consent and transparency notice, retention and deletion rules, access controls and a breach response outline. It covers laws such as GDPR, PDPA and PIPL, cross-border transfers and employee access requests.
You give it
- The AI tool and what it does
- Where your staff are located
- Data it collects (optional)
- Vendor documents (optional)
You get
- A privacy impact assessment
- A reduced data list
- A staff notice
- A vendor question list
Use it when
- HR wants to buy an AI hiring tool and you must check it.
- You need to explain to staff what data is used.
- A vendor collects more than seems necessary.
- An employee asks to see their data.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
