What it does
A ranked list of the people risks in your organisation, each with an owner and a response step, so nothing important sits unseen. It is a planning aid and not legal advice. The skill sorts risks into groups such as compliance, employee conduct, key person dependence, workforce continuity, data privacy and workplace safety. Each gets a likelihood and impact score, an owner and a plan. It can map who your business cannot do without, build an audit checklist to find process gaps, and write escalation steps for serious incidents. It adapts the list to your size, industry and any change underway, such as rapid growth or restructuring.
You give it
- Company size, industry and countries
