What it does
A practical plan to make your workplace fairer, with hiring steps, group ideas and numbers to track so you can see what changes. You describe your team and get a plan sized to it, not a generic policy. The skill starts from your goals and size, then builds a one-year or three-year roadmap with milestones. It covers fair recruiting steps, bias training for managers, mentoring that spreads access, employee resource groups, and pay review. It also sets up surveys and a scorecard so progress is measured, and gives answers for leaders who push back. It works through prompts you can reuse for each area.
