What it does
Three versions of next year's workforce, so one wrong guess does not wreck your plan. Most plans assume a single future. This one tests what happens if sales drop 20 percent, a market closes, or growth runs faster than expected. You give it your current hiring plan. The skill builds base, upside and downside cases with headcount and cost for each, and shows which assumptions to vary. It then stress-tests the plan against a specific shock, such as a hiring freeze or a restructure. For each case it names the early warning signs that tell you to switch, and the actions to take: pause hiring, redeploy people or speed up. It also advises how to present this without sounding certain.
