What it does
A hiring plan for next year that starts from your business goals and ends with a role-by-role list. Instead of collecting wish lists from every manager, you get a plan checked against what the business can afford and what your recruiters can handle. The skill first sets up a way to gather hiring requests, with the right questions to catch padded asks. It then turns growth targets into headcount by role, level, location and start date, allowing for exits, transfers and backfills. It sets a priority order for critical roles against recruiting capacity, builds conservative, base and fast-growth versions, and checks span of control. Finally it sets up a monthly demand versus supply report for leaders.
