What it does
A hiring request that finance can say yes to. Instead of arguing that the team is busy, you show what a role costs, what it returns, and when it pays back. The skill works out the full yearly cost of a role: base pay, benefits, taxes, equipment and overhead, plus hidden costs like ramp-up time and management attention. It then compares a full-time hire with a contractor or outsourcing over the same period. It estimates the payback, and suggests how to word the case for a CFO. You can also use it to price the cost of turnover and slow hiring, or to check labor cost as a share of revenue.
