What it does
A work test tied to the real job, with a scoring guide and fairness checks. You hire on what candidates can do, not how well they interview. The final decision stays with you, not the AI. You name the role and level. The skill picks the right method: skills test, work sample, simulation or assessment centre. It writes a task based on what the person would do in their first 90 days, builds a rubric that limits rater opinion and sets up a calibration session for assessors. It balances rigor against candidate time to limit drop-off, checks for bias and adverse impact, and shows how to combine scores with interview notes.
